Design Engineer Junior Management
Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech Electrical or Electronics or Mechanical
Job Responsibility:

The candidate shall be B.E/ B.Tech Electrical or Electronics or Mechanical with 1st Class from any of the NITs or equivalent with 3-4  years of work experience in design, engineering, detailed engineering, of rooftop Solar PV Power Plants. Any experience on ground mounted Solar PV Power Plants will be an added advantage.
Large utility scale rooftop experience of at least 2 years is a must with knowledge of string inverters, central inverters, and ability to review and optimize the following:
1.Layout Engineering & Electrical SLD
2.MMS BOQ d. Overall BOS
3.Voltage Drop & DC-AC Ratio
4.Energy Yield backed by PVSyst analysis 
5.Scope up to battery limit
The candidate must have goodanalytical skills and have aptitude for innovation and applied engineering to arrive at the leanest BOQ.
Key Deliverables: Smart Detailed Engineering, Optimized Energy Yield & PR & BOQ, Pre-Sales and Post -Sales Engineering, Error free working in the first go with zero tolerance for BOQ revision

Bengaluru 3 to 4 years
Asst Manager /Sr. Engineer – Application Engineering & System Design Middle Management
Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech Electrical or Electronics or Mechanical
Job Responsibility:

The candidate should be a B.E -Electrical/Electronics from a good college with 1st class with around 4-6 years of experience in application engineering & system design of battery systems.                                                              
1. Any exposure to new generation storage such as Lithium -Ion chemistry will be an added advantage.   
2. The candidate should have very good domain knowledge, conceptual clarity, excellent communication skills and has to be hands on with a self-starting nature.
3. Exposure to renewables especially hybrid inverters , solar inverters will be preferred.

Sales Executive/Sr Executive Junior Management
Qualification: BE-EEE,ECE,ME/ MBA-Marketing
Job Responsibility:

1.  Present, promote and sell products existing and prospective customers
2.  Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
3.  Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
4.  Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
5.  Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
6.  Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
7.  Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
8.  Analyse the Territory/ Market's potential, track sales and status reports
9.  Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
10. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
